Offering Guidance to our Future Workforce
Aquacut is delighted to be supporting The Pledge Partnership by participating in live events to help raise awareness of career opportunities to young people.
The Pledge Partnership hold virtual career exhibitions for Year 9 – 13 students, enabling them to engage with various employers and discuss the different career options that are available. Aquacut will be participating in a number of these live exhibitions across Cheshire and Warrington to offer our support and guidance to our local community and help raise an understanding of the different roles that are undertaken.
Aquacut has various roles within the group including fabrications, sales, marketing, video production, warehousing, administration, and CAD designs to name a few. Many of Aquacut’s employees are sourced locally and have worked their way up to senior management positions.
We are hoping our involvement will provide valuable information for young people and help shape the future workforce.
