Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting is at the heart of what we do. Around 90% of what we cut are porcelain tiles and stone and the rest a mixture of metal, glass, plastics, and composites. Waterjet cutting gives a clean cut at the top of the material and being a cold process, there is no danger of a heat affected zone, particularly important for metals that would be discoloured if alternative cutting methods were used. As our waterjet machines are CNC controlled, they can cut complex designs to fine tolerances.

As specialists in building finishes, our designers and waterjet operators have decades of experience and can advise clients on how we can make their plans come to life!
